Shipping and delivery

Apex Nutrition is a New Zealand based business. We deliver within New Zealand only, using NZ Post.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on orders of NZ$100.00 or more.
• Standard shipping is NZ$3.90 per order under NZ$100.00.

Dispatch and delivery times

• We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment.
• North Island delivery takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. South Island takes 2–4 business days.
• Rural addresses can take 1–2 extra business days.
• You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Multiple shipments
If we send your order in more than one parcel, we will email you tracking details for each one. Split shipments cost you nothing extra.

Delays
If we cannot dispatch your order within 5 business days, or your delivery is delayed, we will contact you by email. You can then choose to wait or cancel the order for a full refund to your original payment method.

Lost, damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us at info@apexnutrition.co.nz or 022 628 5442 with your order number and a description of the problem. For incorrect or missing items, include a photo of what you received and keep the products unopened. We will investigate with NZ Post and arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
